Edtech firms can't be allowed into areas that aren't their domain: AICTE

The Chairman of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has said that edtech companies cannot be allowed to delve into areas that are not their domain. "We have given approvals to universities and colleges to offer degree and diploma programs...[They can't] piggyback on private companies or outsource their job to any third party," Chairman Anil Sahasrabudhe told PTI.
