PayPal expands services for Ukrainian users, waives transaction fees

PayPal said it is expanding services in Ukraine and Ukrainians will now be able to send and receive money from friends and family. Earlier, PayPal users in Ukraine could only send money internationally from their accounts and not receive it. PayPal is also waiving transaction fees for remittances to Ukrainian accounts.
