Healthtech startup MFine fires about 50% of its workforce: Report

Bengaluru-based health-tech startup MFine has fired more than 500 employees, or about 50% of its workforce, amid a funding crunch, Moneycontrol reported. The layoffs have reportedly affected employees across data science, engineering, and product departments as well as the talent acquisition team. MFine told employees that it is short on funds to release salaries for the coming months, Moneycontrol added.
