What are the WHO's recommendations to nations on monkeypox?

After declaring monkeypox a global health emergency, WHO declared recommendations for four groups of nations- those without any cases, with recently imported cases, with animal-to-human spread, and those with manufacturing capacity for vaccines. For those with recently imported cases, WHO recommended applying coordinated response, engaging and protecting communities, intensifying surveillance, etc.
