84 lakh kg waste collected since launch of Swachh Bharat 2022: Thakur

Union minister Anurag Thakur on Wednesday said 84 lakh kg of waste has been collected across the country since the launch of Swachh Bharat 2022 campaign. His comment came after he launched a cleanliness drive in Delhi as part of the Swachh Bharat campaign. "This year, we've set a target to collect 100 lakh kg of waste plastic," he said.
