Just Dial promoter Reliance Retail Ventures sells 2% stake for ₹101 cr

Just Dial's promoter Reliance Retail Ventures on Wednesday sold a 2% stake in the company for ₹101 crore. Promoter and promoter group entities' shareholding in Just Dial has come down to 74.98% from 76.98%. Just Dial had said Reliance Retail would sell the stake through open market transactions to comply with the regulatory requirement of 25% minimum public shareholding.
