Aditya Birla Group Chairman KM Birla, in a note about his reflections on 2022-23, said there's much to learn from hustle of new ventures in the start-up ecosystem. However, he added that "there's a thin line between hustle and hubris". Birla said building great teams and creating a culture of values are among the things necessary to maintain the balance.
