What is the 'Call Before u Dig' app launched by PM Modi?

PM Narendra Modi today launched 'Call Before u Dig' app to facilitate coordination between excavation agencies & underground utility owners to prevent damage to utilities. It'll connect excavators & asset owners through SMS/Email notifications & click to call. It aims to prevent damage to underlying assets that occurs because of uncoordinated digging, leading to losses of ₹3,000 crore every year.
