Adani Green Energy shares hit upper circuit limit after Q4 result

Shares of Adani Group firm Adani Green Energy surged 5% to hit the upper circuit of ₹998.55 apiece in Tuesday's trade. This came after the company reported a 319% rise in its consolidated profit at ₹507 crore for Q4 quarter. Meanwhile, its total Q4 income rose 88% to ₹2,988 crore from ₹1,587 crore in the same quarter last year.
