Gross GST collection rises by 12% YoY to ₹1.61 lakh crore in June

Gross GST revenue collected in June 2023 rose by 12% year-on-year to ₹1,61,497 crore, data released on Saturday showed. It is for the fourth time, the monthly gross GST collection has crossed the ₹1.60 lakh crore mark. Of the gross GST revenue collected, CGST is ₹31,013 crore, SGST is ₹38,292 crore, IGST is ₹80,292 crore and cess is ₹11,900 crore.
