Bain Capital signs deal to buy Adani Capital for ₹1,600 cr: Report

US private investment firm Bain Capital has signed a deal with Gautam Adani's family to acquire non-banking financial company (NBFC) Adani Capital, ET Now reported. The acquisition value is reportedly around ₹1,600 crore, which is twice the net worth of Adani Capital. Two other private equity companies were also reportedly competing with Bain to buy the NBFC.
