Govt releases list of goods whose GST rates have been changed

GST rate on retro-fitment kits for vehicles used by people with special abilities has been reduced to 5%. GST rate on railway parts and locomotives has been increased from 12% to 18%. The Council recommended increasing the GST rate on ores and concentrates of metals like iron, copper, aluminum from 5% to 18%. Pens will attract a single GST rate of 18%.
