Apple fined for 4th time by Dutch watchdog in App Store payments case

Netherlands' Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) fined Apple €5 million for the fourth time for failing to allow software application makers in the Netherlands to use non-Apple payments methods for dating apps on its App Store. A weekly fine of €5 million has been imposed on Apple since it missed the January 15 deadline to implement ACM's suggested changes.
