Amid the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Bulgaria, China, European Union, France, Germany continue to buy Russian oil. Indian ONGC's subsidiary Hindustan Petroleum and India's top refiner Indian Oil also recently bought oil from Russia. Many nations like Britain, Canada, and the US have stopped buying Russian oil. Australian refiner Ampol, Italian state-owned Eni have also stopped buying oil from Russia.
